What is MindCopy

MindCopy is a research platform for biologically realistic simulation of neural networks.

Platform Components

BioNeuronCore — computational engine (C++17/SYCL). Models ion channel kinetics, synaptic plasticity, ion homeostasis, and network topology.
BioNeuronStudio — GUI application (Dear ImGui/OpenGL). Interactive 3D visualization, analysis tools.
BioNeuronSDK — plugin development toolkit. Header-only library, CMake integration, GPU code generator, templates.
StudioTestBench — automated testing platform.

License Agreement

1. Definitions

"Software" — source code, binaries, documentation of the MindCopy project. "Author" — Vitaly Alexandrovich Feshin.

2. Grant of Rights

Non-exclusive right to use the Software for scientific, research, and educational purposes only.
Commercial use, distribution, sublicensing PROHIBITED without written permission.
Source code modification permitted for personal research only.
Scientific publications must cite the Author and MindCopy project.

3. Restrictions

PROHIBITED in weapons, autonomous combat, mass surveillance systems.
PROHIBITED for malware creation/distribution.
PROHIBITED: removal of copyright notices.

4. Disclaimer

SOFTWARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. Not for clinical diagnosis or medical decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

AUTHOR NOT LIABLE for any damages. User assumes ALL responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights belong exclusively to the Author.

7. Governing Law
