Russian scientists have developed a “smart” nanomaterial for cancer treatment

Russian scientists have developed a unique ultrasensitive nanomaterial for DNA diagnostics and targeted drug delivery. The description is given in the journal ACS Nano. Russian scientists from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, together with colleagues from the Institute of General Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, presented a “smart” nanomaterial that is unique in its properties, which can be used both for express DNA analysis and to create a new generation of treatments for cancer and other complex diseases.
