Scientists at the University of California, Berkeley, have created a detailed map of the brain showing where the meanings of certain words are stored. The totality of brain areas containing information about the meaning of concepts and groups of concepts represents a semantic system, which turned out to be approximately the same in different people. The results of the study were published in the journal Nature.
