New Resource Dedicated to MindCopy Platform Development Launched
June 16, 2026 — Today we are launching a new information resource, develop.mindcopy.ru, fully dedicated to the development and advancement of the MindCopy software platform for biologically-realistic neural network modeling.
This resource will feature:
- Technical Overviews — detailed descriptions of the platform's architecture, modules, and computational methods;
- Development News — version announcements, new features, and fixes;
- Neuroscience Materials — articles on compartmental modeling, synaptic plasticity, connectomics, and other topics;
- Documentation — user guides, API and SDK documentation for plugin developers.
The MindCopy platform combines the high-performance BioNeuronCore computational engine (C++17/SYCL), the BioNeuronStudio visual modeling environment (OpenGL/Dear ImGui), the BioNeuronSDK plugin development toolkit, and the StudioTestBench automated testing platform. It supports CPU and GPU execution, 121 types of transmembrane modulators, a library of 224 neuron types, 14 neurotransmitters, and 36 nuclear regulatory genes.
